Oluyole local government is one of the oldest local government council on Oyo State which was established in 1976 and
the council occupies about 4,000square kilometers
Oluyole has its headquarter at Idi- Ayunre old Lagos/lbadan road
Its boundaries with four local government I.e lbadan south west,lbadan south east Ona-ara and ldo all within Ibadan
metropolis while its share borders with ogun state through Egbeda,Obafemi Odeda and ljebu north- local government
area
In January 2017, Akorede carved out of Oluyole local government but governor Abiola Ajimobi led administration. Akorede
